Nothing is ever finished until the paperwork his done Cramps while releasing enema

They've would have an easier time expelling if they were using a Wells step

This position sitting on the toilet is not the best position for releasing an enema or having a bowel movement.
It would be better if you could place a stool about 8 in. high in front of the toilet and then squat
down over the toilet to have a bowel movement or release your enema .

This puts the intestines in a better position to allow easy expulsion of the enema solution and fecal material.

Warning: Do not use enemas or laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by your health care provider.
Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative or enema may indicate a serious condition.
Discontinue use and consult your health care provider.
