How to give or take a simple Warm Water Enema.

Administering or Receiving an enema is simple to do.

  1. You will need a fountain syringe or something similar for administering the enema.

  2. A warm comfortable place to lay down to receive your enema, positions to use one receiving an enema.
    Fill syringe with warm filtered water (103°Fahrenheit.) Warm water is more relaxing to the colon. Cold water will cause cramping.
