HEMORRHOIDS A HEALING HERBAL ENEMA

A HEALING HERBAL ENEMA is great for hemorrhoids.

Enema Recipe:

Willow bark (½tsp)
Read oak bark (½tsp)
Wild sage leaves (¼tsp)
Pilewort (¼tsp)
Horseweed (¼tsp)
Slow Boil mixture in 1 pint (16ozs)water for 5 minutes. Let stand with a lid on until cool, then strain.
Add solution to your enema bulb or bag then.
Use as a retention enema before going to bed.
(If possible) Retain until morning. Upon waking you should take a cleansing enema series.

Taking a cleansing enema is beneficial before any retention enema.
There are suppositories available for help in relieving the symptoms of hemorrhoids.
