Using green tea as an enema has the benefit getting the antioxidants almost immediately
into the bloodstream.
Boil a pint of filtered water. Just before boiling point is reached, discontinue heating
and immediately add 2 tablespoons of the green tea leaves. Cover the lid and allow to
infuse for several minutes.
Strain and allow to cool to a Temperature of 103°Fahrenheit
Add solution to enema bag, mixing with warm
filtered water to achieve the required amount of solution.

The best position for expelling your enema is squatting over the toilet not sitting on
it. The squatting position puts pressure on your abdomen from your thighs.
