Disposable Phosphate Enema

These enemas come pre-packaged, pre lubricated, and ready to use. This is the type of enema that your health care practitioner usually recommends before an examination or operation.

You would be better using a simple warm water enema!

They are very easy to use they come with directions on the box. Open the package and your ready to go (no pun intended). Also, when you are done just toss the bottle in the trash .

Phosphate enemas are fairly inexpensive. These units are manufactured by several different companies.
They cost around $2.50 for two.

They only hold a few ounces and rely on a chemical reaction
They don't hold anywhere near the liquid an enema bag does, so if you are looking for a full colon cleaning, you might want to try using a standard enema bag. Used in most Hospitals
