| I have known people that took a daily enema for up to 70 years with no
apparent negative effects. In fact many of those people were in their 90s with no apparent
health problems. It seems that overdoing good enemas is a lot like changing the oil on
your car too often. It just makes it last longer. Supplies: a.Fountain syringe bag (you can purchase at a Drug Store for about $14.00 To purchase your enema equipment click here) b. You should use filtered or purified water is better for you. c. Enema additives: herbs, chlorophyll, aloe vera (or as recommended by a health practitioner) Steps to a great experience: 1. Fill bathtub 1/4 to 1/2 full of warm water (or cool if you want). Warm is more relaxing or cool if you wish to cool down. 2. Hang fountain syringe on shower head or and adhesive hook, so tubing and nozzle can reach down into bathtub at the just above the height your rectum will be. Try to hang the fountain syringe so it will be about 18 inches above the rectum. This will allow the solution to flow into the colon at the proper rate. 3. Have 1 or 2 - 2 liter containers ready with enema solution. (Prepare while bathtub filling.) To prepare: a.Fill 2 liter container 1/2 full with cool, filtered water. b. Heat up some filtered water on the stove. (Don't use hot water from tap.) Add to cool water till reaches a little above body temperature or102 °Fahrenheit. c. Add Enema additive recommended to you stir until well mixed. 4. Fill fountain syringe bag (Make sure clamp is closed before filling.) 5. Lay in bathtub on back. Open clamp to allow enema solution to just start to flow out; shut clamp. (This ensures no air is in the tubing before inserting enema nozzle.) After lubricating the enema nozzle, insert into rectum. Super Salve Surgilube 6. Open clamp and allow enema solution to enter slowly. Close clamp when feel pressure at rectum. Massage enema solution further up into the colon from left to right. Massage: When expelling the enema: |
