Daily Enema : An enema can be used daily when cleansing or detoxifying and then as needed.
It takes a long time to rid the colon of a lifetime of toxic build up!
Enema-Web.Com comprehensive guide to enemas

I have known people that took a daily enema for up to 70 years with no apparent negative effects. In fact many of those people were in their 90s with no apparent health problems. It seems that overdoing good enemas is a lot like changing the oil on your car too often. It just makes it last longer.

Supplies:

a.Fountain  syringe bag (you can purchase at a Drug Store for about $14.00
To purchase your enema equipment click here)
b. You should use filtered or purified water is better for you.
c. Enema additives: herbs, chlorophyll, aloe vera (or as recommended by a health practitioner)

Steps to a great experience:

1. Fill bathtub 1/4 to 1/2 full of warm water (or cool if you want). Warm is more relaxing or cool if you wish to cool down.

2. Hang fountain syringe on shower head or and adhesive hook, so tubing and nozzle can reach down
into bathtub at the just above the height your rectum will be.
Try to hang the fountain syringe so it will be about 18 inches above the rectum.
This will allow the solution to flow into the colon at the proper rate.

3. Have 1 or 2 - 2 liter containers ready with enema solution. (Prepare while bathtub filling.)

To prepare: a.Fill  2 liter container 1/2 full with cool, filtered water.
b. Heat up some filtered water on the stove. (Don't use hot water from tap.) Add to cool water till reaches a little above body temperature or102 °Fahrenheit.
c. Add Enema additive recommended to you stir until well mixed.

4. Fill fountain syringe bag  (Make sure clamp is closed before filling.)

5. Lay in bathtub on back. Open clamp to allow enema solution to just start to flow out; shut clamp.
(This ensures no air is in the tubing before inserting enema nozzle.)
After lubricating the enema nozzle, insert into rectum. Super Salve  Surgilube

6. Open clamp and allow enema solution to enter slowly. Close clamp when feel pressure at rectum. Massage enema solution further up into the colon from left to right.

Massage:
When receiving the enema:
Massage abdomen in a counter-clockwise direction this will help move the solution higher into the colon.

When expelling the enema:
Massage abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back toward the rectum and anus.

7.Turn on right side. Open clamp again, allow enema solution to enter slowly. Massage in a counterclockwise motion colon as solution fills the colon. Close clamp when feel pressure at rectum.

8.Stay on side until feel urge to release. Move to the toilet and release your enema. After releasing continue refilling colon with enema
solution until you have used at least three full bags.

9.Raise knees above rectum by placing small stool or pillow under our feet while on the toilet.
Massaging colon from right to left promotes better releasing when on toilet.

10.When finished releasing, wash fountain syringe bag with soap and water allowing water to drain out of tubing. Rinse with freshwater and hang up to dry. Wash and sterilize enema nozzle (after removing it from tubing) well with soap and water. Store enema nozzle  in a clean container for future use.

11.It is a good idea to smell the fountain syringe bag prior to each use to detect any bacterial
contamination. If detected, soak in 3-5% hydrogen peroxide for at least 30 minutes. Then rinse well with water. (This can be used as a preventative measure as well.) Antibacterial soap (i.e. Nutribiotic) would also work well. Remember: rinse with lots of water after cleansing the bag.

NOTE: Enemas can be used daily when cleansing or detoxifying and then as needed. It takes a long time to rid the colon of a lifetime of waste build up! Using oral bulk fiber cleansers etc. will ensure your colon is getting a good workout and increasing its muscle tone.
Also, increasing whole grains, vegetables & legumes in your diet will increase fiber intake.

Warning: Do not use enemas or laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by your health care provider.
Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative or enema may indicate a serious condition.
Discontinue use and consult your health care provider.
