A cleansing Enema series is where you take several enemas in succession one after the other to completely clean your entire colon.

Enema No.1(cleansing)
1 quart of soap suds and warm water.
hold for five minutes and then expel.
Position to take this enema
Knee Chest
Enema No.2   (rinse)
1 1/2 quarts of warm salt water.
hold for five minutes and then expel.
Position to take this enema
Knee Chest or left side
Enema No. 3 (cleansing)
2 quarts of lemon juice and warm water.
No holding just expel.
Position to take this enema
Knee Chest
Enema No. 4 (rinse)
2 1/2 quarts of cold salt water.
No holding just expel.
This Enema helps restore parastesis.
Position to take this enema
Knee Chest or left side
Enema No. 5 (healing)
Retention Enema
8 ounces warm olive oil and 2 tbsp. of M. S. M.
hold for thirty minutes to an hour. Then expel
Position to take this enema
on back

This enema series will take approximately two hours or more to complete.

Enema No. 6 (healing)
2 oz. yogurt  implant. You can add 2 capsules of MSM
mix well
 If possible do not release, Hold for as long as possible!
Position to take this enema
Knee Chest or on back

Massage: to help When receiving the enema:
Massage abdomen in a counter-clockwise direction this will help move the solution higher into the colon.

When expelling the enema:
Massage abdomen in a clockwise direction this will help move the solution back toward the rectum and anus.
